Preparation Roadmap
UPSC CSE is India's toughest exam. Start reading The Hindu / Indian Express daily from college. Choose an optional subject that overlaps with your graduation. Most toppers start serious preparation in final year of graduation or immediately after. NCERT textbooks (6th–12th) are the foundation for General Studies. Karnataka state aspirants can target KPSC KAS as a parallel preparation — significant syllabus overlap.
