Preparation Roadmap
KPSC exams are the most reliable path to Karnataka state government jobs. FDA/SDA are the most popular — lakhs of candidates apply annually. Karnataka GK (history, geography, governance) is tested heavily. Start reading Kannada newspapers and Karnataka GK books. KAS is the state equivalent of UPSC IAS — significantly less competitive but still tough. Police SI exam under KPSC is another option for graduates.
