Preparation Roadmap
No entrance exam needed — focus on scoring well in 10th board exams. Higher 10th marks = better polytechnic college in DTE counselling. Branches available: Computer Science, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Electronics, Automobile. After diploma, DCET (Diploma Common Entrance Test) gives direct entry into B.E. 2nd year — effectively making it the same as a B.E. degree but through a different path.
